How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, school holidays and the festive season, as our diary can fill up months in advance. Christmas dates are particularly popular and often book up very quickly. If your event is approaching sooner, please get in touch. We’ll always explore every available option to help make your celebration possible.
Do you travel to my area?
Yes. We’re based in Lancashire and travel across the North West and surrounding areas. A travel and fuel fee may apply depending on your location, which will be calculated at the time of your enquiry and clearly included in your quotation.
What is included in a mascot appearance?
Every booking includes a professional mascot performer and a dedicated themed host. Depending on your chosen package, your experience can include meet and greets, photographs, dancing, interactive games, music, bubbles and plenty of magical memories.
Can I book more than one character?
Absolutely. Many of our customers choose two or more characters for an even bigger experience. We’ll be happy to recommend the best combination for your event and provide a bespoke quotation.
Are your mascots suitable for children with additional needs?
Yes. We pride ourselves on creating inclusive experiences and are experienced in tailoring appearances for children with SEND, ensuring every child feels comfortable, included and celebrated.
How do I secure my booking?
A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your event. Once your deposit is received, your booking is confirmed.
